I love living at Loden SV! We have lived here for 2 years now. Perfect location next to Target and Trader Joe's and easy access to highways! Great amenities and friendly community! There's fun themed event nights planned every month! It's not loud or noisy. Management and staff are quick to respond and very helpful!

I love living at Loden SV! It's super convenient for Boston Scientific and Land O' Lakes employees. My alcove apartment has plenty of space and I've been very happy with the quick response time for maintenance. The movie theater is so fun to use, they have an upgraded coffee machine, and the gym & pool are amazing as well. GREAT place to live.

Loden SV is a beautiful place to live! It's safe, clean and the environment is outstanding. It's a very quiet place to live too! It's great place for walks around the neighborhood and just down the street your local grocery stores and restaurants. Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for somewhere comfortable to call home.

Great place to live with many amenities. Great location, close to everything you need. Maintenance responds quickly to your needs and is very professional. With a building of this size and being short on employees, the way management handles the day-to-day tasks is incredible!
