I love living at Loden SV! We have lived here for 2 years now. Perfect location next to Target and Trader Joe's and easy access to highways! Great amenities and friendly community! I love living at Loden SV! It's super convenient for Boston Scientific and Land O' Lakes employees. My alcove apartment has plenty of space and I've been very happy with the quick response time for maintenance. The movie theater is so fun to use, they have an upgraded coffee machine, and the gym & pool are amazing as well. GREAT place to live.

Loden SV has been an incredible place to live at. The staff have been so amazing and helpful and are always so kind! It’s super pet friendly and the amenities are so nice to have. They are always making extra effort to get the community together by hosting activities and events and it is a very safe feeling environment. Not to mention all of the stores and shops close by!

Loden SV is a beautiful place to live! It's safe, clean and the environment is outstanding. It's a very quiet place to live too!
